Pranarôm Organic Black Fir Essential Oil 10 ml

Native to Canada, this conifer grows on mountain slopes and in peat bogs. It has grey-brown bark that tends to flake off, clusters of red flowers and needle-like leaves. The fruit is a hanging cone, reddish-brown in colour and 4 cm long.

Tips & tricks

When you feel tired in the morning, take 2 drops of black spruce essential oil + 2 drops of Scots pine essential oil + 5 drops of apricot kernel vegetable oil and massage this blend into the adrenal area (above the kidneys) in the morning, or take 2 drops of black spruce essential oil orally with a little honey in the morning. For massage, dilute a few drops in vegetable oil and apply locally.

• May cause sensitisation by direct contact with the skin.
• Avoid contact with skin unless diluted first.
