Vegan Yoghurt Cups with Coconut and Chocolate Bar

Ingredients (for 2 cups):

  • 2 Rapunzel coconut and dark chocolate bars (chopped into small pieces)
  • 250 g plant-based yoghurt (coconut, soya or almond)
  • 1 teaspoon pure cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh fruit to taste (banana, raspberries, strawberries)

Preparation:

  1. Mix the plant-based yoghurt with the cocoa powder and syrup.
  2. In a small glass, place a layer of yoghurt, a layer of bar pieces and fruit.
  3. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  4. Decorate with more fruit or grated coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve chilled.
