Description

Biocop Organic Spelt Pizza Base is a pre-cooked dough made with wholemeal spelt flour from organic farming. Ideal for making quick and healthy homemade pizzas, just add your favourite toppings and bake for a few minutes. Each pack contains two bases, 150 g each.

Directions for use

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pizza base on a baking tray, add the ingredients of your choice and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the product tightly closed to maintain its freshness. Format: Pack of 2 bases, 150 g each (total 300 g). Recipe: Spelt Pizza with Roasted Vegetables Ingredients:

  • 1 Biocop spelt pizza base
  • 100 g sliced courgette
  • 100 g sliced aubergine
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 100 g sliced mushrooms
  • 100 g crushed tomatoes
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Preparation:

    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
    2. Roast the vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil until tender.
    3. Spread the crushed tomatoes over the pizza base.
    4. Distribute the roasted vegetables over the base.
    5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the base is crispy.
    7. Serve hot and enjoy.
