Description This food contains all the necessary vitamins along with chelated minerals (minerals surrounded by a layer of protein for good absorption) and is tailored to the nutritional needs of rabbits. XtraVital is rich in protein and fibre. In addition to its low fat content, its crunchy ingredients help wear down the teeth. The addition of extruded alfalfa hay provides vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein.

ALWAYS READ THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BEFORE USE

The rabbit must have sufficient food available throughout the day, as its digestive tract must always be full. Thanks to its flavour, your rabbit will accept XtraVital immediately. At first, it is recommended that you carefully monitor your rabbit’s food intake and, if necessary, mix XtraVital with its previous food. The daily amount of food your rabbit needs depends on its size and weight. You should provide your rabbit with the amount of food it eats in a day. If there is any food left over, give a slightly smaller portion the following day. Continue in this way until you have found the ideal amount. A general guideline for the average daily food intake: Small/Mini Pet: ± 60 grams Dutch Dwarf: ± 85 grams Rex: ± 115 grams Giant Rabbit (French Longhorn, Flemish Giant, Belgian Hare): ± 170–450 grams English Giant: ± 340–450 grams.

Provide fresh food, unlimited hay and fresh, clean drinking water every day.
