It has an excellent flavour and is ideal for sweetening drinks, desserts and pastries. A delicious natural sweetener rich in nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. It has a very low glycaemic index (GI: 35). It also contains 16 of the 20 essential amino acids. The most abundant is glutamine, which maintains an acid/alkaline balance and prevents the overconsumption of sweets.

How to use
