Pranarôm Organic Bergamot Essential Oil 10 ml

Native to China, bergamot is part of the Rutaceae family, which includes all citrus fruits: lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, orange. The essence obtained by cold pressing has a subtle citrus aroma that is very pleasant and appreciated by everyone when diffused.

Tips & tricks

A natural perfume: 3 drops of Bergamot AEQT + 1 drop of Frankincense AEQT + 1 drop of Sandalwood AEQT + 2 drops of Mandarin AEQT + 100 drops of Jojoba or Apricot Kernel vegetable oil.2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).

Precautions:

• In its pure form, it may cause skin irritation (dermocaustic).
• Risk of photosensitisation.
• Do not apply before sun exposure.
• Keep out of reach of young children.
• It is advisable to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Caution during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years of age.
• Keep away from all sources of heat and light.
