Directions for use

Take one to two tablespoons dissolved in water or milk once a day to replace a meal, preferably lunch or dinner, as part of a low-calorie diet. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids, engage in some form of moderate physical activity daily and undergo regular medical check-ups. As an additional source of nutrients, these shakes can be taken two or three times a day.
