How to set up my Urban Garden

The substrate

With this pack you will have the necessary substrate for your new garden table. The Californian earthworm compost is an organic and ecological fertiliser, rich in nutrients that combined with the dehydrated coconut fibre, which gives a lot of volume with little weight to the mixture, guarantees good aeration, excellent water retention, neutral pH and a high capacity to store nutrients.

The ideal ratio for a balanced mix is 60% coco fibre and 40% earthworm humus.

What to plant?

Here is an example of what you could plant in the Planeta Huerto growing table depending on the time of year:

• Autumn - Winter: Combination of lettuces, chard, spinach and cabbage (larger size), with carrots and onions.
• Spring - Summer: Tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuces (larger size) with radishes, beetroot and onions.
