What is the Pardina lentil?

Pardina lentil is a legume used in the gastronomy of some countries. It is usually dried as soon as it is harvested, in order to preserve it for a period of several months. It is usually found dried, but it is also packaged. Its small size makes it ideal for the preparation of soups.

Recommended method of use

Cook. Leave to soak for 24-48 hours before cooking to reduce the anti-nutrient effects of pulses.

Mode of conservation: Keep at room temperature, away from sources of heat, humidity and direct sunlight.
