What is Muesli?
Muesli is a cereal group food of Swiss origin, typically eaten for breakfast, but also consumed at snacks and dinners.

How to use/recommended use
Although it is usually taken at breakfast, muesli can also be used between meals for an energetic and healthy snack or even as a dinner for sportspeople. It can be accompanied by fruit juice, milk, normal or drinkable yoghurt, chocolate or cocoa or fruit smoothies, kefir, etc. And if we want to give it a sweeter flavour, we can use honey, cinnamon, sugar, etc.

●1 litre of kefir
●2-3 tablespoons of sugar
●2-3 tablespoons of sugar
●Zest of one lemon
●50 g raspberries
Preparation:
Mash the kefir together with the melted butter to form a compact dough, if necessary, add a pinch of water or milk. Place in moulds to form a cake.
Soak the gelatine sheets in water, then remove almost all the water and place on the heat to break them up, but do not boil. Remove from the heat and add the zest of one lemon and the spoonfuls of sugar and mix well. Then, when the mixture is lukewarm, add the kefir and mix well. Serve on top of the muesli in the mould and place in the fridge to set. When you take it out, you can decorate it directly with the raspberries or you can crush them to cover the cake.
Mode of conservation: 15 months. Store between 4°C and 16°C and maximum relative humidity of 70%.
