Food supplement in powder form that mixes with water and becomes a recovery and hydration drink.

Properties

It has 3 carbohydrate sources: saccharose, dextrose and isomaltulose to recover energy, 5 mineral salts: sodium, potassium (sodium and potassium in 5 parts of sodium and 1 of potassium, very similar to blood plasma to avoid overhydration or dehydration), magnesium (for muscular ramps), calcium and phosphorus, Vitamin C (antioxidant), Beta-glucan 1,3 and 1,6 (polysaccharide that acts on the immune system, reinforcing it, avoiding low blood sugar, herpes, diarrhoea,...) and Collagen (collagen)....) and Collagen (protein that recovers the muscle, improves its stretching and strengthens the joints).

How to use / recommended use

Dissolve one dose in 500 ml of water.

Recommended dose: 18 g per half litre of water (fill the measuring cup to 20 ml). For intense exercise, the dosage can be doubled.
