What is brown rice?

It is a dehusked rice, from which only the outer husk or glume, which is inedible, has been removed. It retains the germ intact with the bran layer that surrounds it, which gives it a light brown colour.

Recommended method of use

Boil 3 parts water to 1 part rice. Cooking time: 40 minutes.

This product is intended as a food ingredient for human consumption. Store in a cool, dry place. Close the container tightly after use.
