What is the white bean?

White beans are a legume whose main sources of benefits lie in the contribution of carbohydrates (slow absorption), protein and fibre.

Recommended method of use

Soak 4h. 2.5 parts water x 1 part beans. Bring to the boil and cook for about 2h. Add salt at the end of cooking.
