What are Rolled Oats

Vegan Rolled Oats are the best cereal you can eat. Oats are a very complete and balanced cereal. Along with carbohydrates and fibre, it provides more protein, fat and minerals than other cereals. It provides very good amounts of magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B1, as well as small doses of calcium, folic acid and other B vitamins.

How to use/recommended use

Oat flakes are an ideal way to start the day. Enjoy oat flakes on their own or with fruit and add cold (or hot) milk, curd, yoghurt, cottage cheese or fruit juice and you have a healthy and varied meal.

Mode of conservation: 12 months. Store between 4°C and 16°C and maximum relative humidity of 70%.

The packaging is made with the minimum thickness, thus reducing the use of plastics as much as possible. Thus, we use 60 microns, the usual being 80 microns.
