What are Rolled Oats?

Oats are a very complete and balanced cereal. Along with carbohydrates and fibre, it provides more protein, fat and minerals than other cereals. It provides very good amounts of magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B1, as well as small doses of calcium, folic acid and other B vitamins.

How to use/recommended use

Storage instructions: 15 months. Store between 4°C and 16°C and maximum relative humidity of 70%.
