DESCRIPTION
Philodendron xanadu or Philodendron xanadu, Philodendron or Philodendron lion's claw is one of the hardiest and easiest to care for philodendrons. This plant is from the Areaceae family and is native to temperate areas in subtropical and humid tropical forests of Brazil. It is a popular perennial for interior decoration because of its lush, fast-growing, fenestrated leaves.
Scientific name: Philodendron xanadu
CAREFUL
Temperature: temperate temperatures between 18-28 °C and high humidity. It is recommended to avoid placing them in areas with cold draughts.
Light: can be used as a houseplant, ideal for very bright areas, with indirect and abundant light. Direct sunlight can cause the leaves to burn.
Watering: moderate watering. Ideal to let the substrate dry out a little between waterings.
Manure: Apply a dose of ideal fertilizer for green plants / houseplants diluted in the irrigation water once every 2-3 weeks during spring-summer.
Transplanting: In spring or early summer every two years or when its size exceeds that of the pot. A light, well-drained substrate is recommended.

Maximum height: It can grow up to 1.5 metres high.
